POLICIES
- Property sleeps 6. (No overnight guests that are not named on the rental agreement will be permitted.)
- Check in time is 3:00PM on your arrival date; Check out time is 11AM on your departure date.
- There is early check in or late check out, depending on availability, for a fee. Let us know in advance if you'd like us to add that to your reservation.
- Garbage pick up is early morning on Wednesdays, please place your garbage in the receptacle and move the receptacle to the road (with the lid tightly secured) by 10PM Tuesday evening.
- Guests are expected to leave the house as neat and orderly as on arrival.
- No smoking in the house. Outside smoking permitted, please discard butts in the trash. Evidence of smoking in the property will be subject to a fee.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM, we have a close relationship with our neighbors and ask that these quiet hours are respected.
- The use of other people's docks/property is prohibited. Please remain within the boundaries of our private beach - which is the area to the immediate right and left of the sidewalk which separates the beach.
- Our private dock is available for boating.
- A boat launch is available at William's Island (The public beach). Please read the rules of the lake before use. Remember to always circle the lake counter clockwise.
- Keep the property and all of its furnishings in good order. Guests will be charged for replacing or repairing any damaged items.
- There is no daily housekeeping. The towels provided will be based on the number of occupants and number of days in the stay.
- Do not flush any foreign products in the toilet. Toilet paper only. NO FEMININE PRODUCTS are to be flushed.
- There are 2 outdoor cameras onsite. Tampering with the camera or wi-fi router will result in an additional fee and/or termination of your reservation.
